Co-founder and former CEO of Death Row Records Suge Knight, has slammed Dr Dre with a whooping 300-million-dollar lawsuit.
Suge claims Dre tried to kill him in an attempt to foil a lifetime agreement that entitles Suge to 30 percent of whatever the “Beats” boss earns. The hit was allegedly arranged shortly after Dr Dre’s partnership with Apple Music and the assassin in question is the same person who shot Mr Knight seven times outside a pre-MTV VMA party. Coincidence or nah?
Howard King who is Dre’s Attorney made a statement to CNN claiming that Suge and Dre have not had any contact between each other since 1996.
It is to be remembered that Dr Dre was also one of the founders of Death Row and was an artiste under the label till 1996 when he left to start his current label, Aftermath Entertainment.
