Mzansi Risers compiles songs by South Africa’s fast-emerging new artists trending across the Shazam Charts. The playlist includes the likes of breakthrough amapiano producers De Mthuda and Mas Musiq, Sun-El Musician’s latest signing Azana, Stay True Sounds’ Jazzuelle, pop newcomer Josh Middleton as well as afro-house production duo Lemon & Herb’s latest single with Ami Faku.

“Shazam has helped me a lot as an upcoming artist, new to the industry, in promoting my music to people who wanted to discover my songs,” said newcomer singer Azana, signed to Sun-El Musician’s El World Music label. “I’m so excited to be part of the new Mzansi Risers playlist and share my music and messages with all of you guys.”
