Exercises For Increasing Your Breast Size Naturally

A majority of men say women with ample breast are most beautiful and attractive. Exercise is one of the fastest and natural ways to increase your breast size without facing any side effects. There are a variety of exercise listed below don’t just settle on one method be it a massage, yoga or an exercise, try different techniques daily to know which works better on you.

Breast massaging triggers healthy hormonal responses and increasing the levels of oxytocin. Massaging also leads to release prolactin which is very useful hormone to increase your breast.

1. The female deer exercise: It is a breast enlargement massage known for its two-fold benefits. It improves blood circulation in the breasts and makes them capable of good lactation when the time approaches. Securing hormonal balances in the body.2. A warm massage: This massage improves the prolactin synthesis in the body which is triggered mainly through touch or during a sexual intercourse. This hormone (Prolactin) is required for breast cell production.

3. Push up: This is the most common method which is used by women’s. Just lie on a mat in such way that your stomach facing the floor. Place palms on the floor and pull your body in an upward direction. Lower down yourself by bending your elbow then again push yourself in an upward direction. Repeat this process as much as you can.

4. Wall press: This is the easiest among all other exercises.

  • For this exercise stand in front of the wall.
  • Place your palm on the wall and do the same process of push-ups.
  • Place both feet apart from each other.
  • Repeat this process several times at least for 15 to 20 minutes.

5. Dumbbell Flys:

You need dumbbell for this exercise. Make sure choose the dumbbells that you can handle. About 5 to 10 pound dumbbells may be right for you. Hold the dumbbell in your hand and stretch your hand in such a way that they come parallel to the floor, hold for a while and then come back to your resting position. Repeat this process for few minutes.

6. Reverse Dumbbells Flys: This exercise is quite difficult to perform as you will lie on a bench and facing the floor rather than facing upward. Then swing your arms (holding dumbbell) in outward that means away from the floor

7. Bhujangasana: This yoga strengthens your chest muscle and helps your breast to look bigger.

  • Lie flat on your stomach.
  • Keep your legs and feet straight.
  • Lift your upper part of the body (including shoulders, neck, head, and upper) until abdomen by pressing palms against the floor and look upward.
  • Stay in this position for few minutes and then come back to normal position.
  • Initially, repeat this process for 2-3 times then gradually increase its number.

8. Gomukhasana:

This is popularly known as cow pose, this pose will help increase your breast size. To perform this yoga sit in a lotus pose. Lift your right arms parallel to shoulder. Twist your left arm backward and try to touch your right arm. Repeat the pose but to the opposite direction.

9. Ustrasana:


This is best known as camel pose. For this asana comfortably sit on your knees. Then try to bend backward and hold your left knee with left arm and right knee with the right arm. Lift your buttock in such a way that it makes an arch. Remain in this position for few minutes at last two or three times.

10. Dwikonasana:


This is one more asana that is useful for breast enlargement. Stand straight, take your hand at the back and lock them. Gradually bed your body and simultaneously lift your arms. Stay in this position for 20 to 30 seconds and then come back to your resting position.
