Aiyetoro Town Review: Jenifa’s Spin-off Show Lacks Originality

Funke Akindele in collaboration with YouTube produced a web-series called Aiyetoro Town.

In this first episode, the Baale of Aiyetoro village is determined to upgrade Aiyetoro. He draws inspiration from having lived in Edinburgh. It doesn’t look like it is going to be an easy feat especially with his traditional people but he is in for it.

In Aiyetoro town episode 2, the Baale instructs task force to arrest anyone who isn’t speaking English. Adigun and his friends devise a means to make more money. They also appoint themselves as members of the task force. Watch Aiyetoro town episode 2 below.
