Sean “Diddy” Combs Wants To Buy The NFL

diddyThe controversy surrounding former San Francisco 49er Colin Kaepernick’s NFL career, the ongoing National Anthem ‘Bend d Knee’ protests, and the recent two-week suspension of outspoken ESPN anchor Jemele Hill for violating a social media policy, has made a multi-millionaire bad boy very angry.

On Tuesday (October 10), Sean Diddy Combs took to twitter to make a simple but very heavy request: “SELL ME THE NFL NOW!!!!”

The demand followed Diddy’s retweet of political commentator Keith Boykin’s post that read, “Black players are 70% of the NFL. We have the power to defend Colin Kaepernick and Jemele Hill from the forces that would silence them.”

The artist formerly known as Puff Daddy also mentioned owning his own NFL team used to be a “dream” of his, but now he’d rather own “our” own league.

“A league where you can be yourself. Have a retirement plan,” he explained.

In an accompanying tweet, he also seemed to reference Kaepernick, writing, “Have freedom to be a great human and protest for your people without being demonized for your beliefs as a KING!! NEW DREAM ALERT.”
