1. PLANKS

Planking is one of the best exercises for a flat and toned stomach because it works all the muscles in your core. Strengthening your entire core is not only crucial for sculpting a flat stomach, but these muscles also provide support for the whole body in everyday movements, reduce back pain, and improve posture. Also, planks burn more calories than sit-ups or crunches because they recruit muscles in the legs, arms, and rear too.

2. DONKEY KICKS

Targeting your Glutes and Lower Back, this movement helps strengthen your core. It’s basically killing two birds with one stone because as it gives you a flatter stomach it also helps you get a bigger butt.

3. LOW BELLY LEG REACH

This is a three in one exercise because its 20% cardio, 40% upper ab exercise ad also 40% lower ab exercise. If you can successfully do 50-100 of this every day you’re good to go.

4. SINGLE LEG SITUP

The single-leg sit-up is a slightly more effective version of the regular sit-up because it allows you to focus more on your ab muscles and take your hip flexors out of the movement.

5. THE BICYCLE

This exercise is a combination of a twisting and crunching motion that works your obliques and rectus abdominis.

6. SIDE PLANK

While planking helps for your upper and lower abs, the side plank helps to shapen and also make your side abdomens firm. While making your abs pop it also aids in burning fat and is a form of yoga. Adding this to your belly exercise goes a very long way in heping you get those abs that you desire.
